Who built it

Dolores Hirschmann

Investor · Strategist · TEDx Organizer · Speaker · Author

Twenty years helping experts find clarity in their vision, message and market strategy. Since 2012 she has organized TEDxNewBedford — one of the largest TEDx events on the East Coast, 1,200+ people a year. She co-founded AYR Stage Agency, later acquired by 10X Stages, an agency placing speakers on stages nationwide. She is also an M&A advisor, and her company Masters in Clarity helps thought leaders multiply their visibility and impact.

She built Book Stages to put that same system in your hands — the finding, the contacts, the pitch. You keep the speaking.

The problem

AI is changing traditional service work. Agencies need a differentiated recurring offer that creates measurable client value — not another commodity retainer.

The opportunity

Every expert, founder, consultant, and business owner needs the right rooms — podcasts, panels, events, and stages — that grow their authority and their client list.

Two paths

Same framework, different level of branding.

Co-branded agency
$9,488 minimum
$4,997 setup + 3 certified agents · $497/month ongoing
  • ✓ BookStages-powered, co-branded positioning
  • ✓ Minimum 3 certified agents
  • ✓ Branded website template
  • ✓ $47/month per active agent seat
White-label agency
$17,482 minimum
$9,997 setup + 5 certified agents · $997/month ongoing
  • ✓ Agency brings the offer to market fully under its own brand
  • ✓ Minimum 5 certified agents
  • ✓ White-label templates and client-facing assets
  • ✓ $47/month per active agent seat

Both paths: the BookStages speaker software license can cost up to $197/month per speaker client — your agency owns client billing throughout.

Agency-in-a-box

  • Agency operations playbook — job descriptions, recruitment, 1099 vs. W2, agent assignment, meeting rhythm
  • EOS-inspired agency dashboard and 30-minute weekly scorecard meeting template
  • Training on the agency dashboard and every software layer
  • Private community for certified agents, plus a private channel for agency owners
  • Monthly agency-owner mastermind with Dolores and invited experts
  • Annual agency-owner retreat — programming included, one owner seat per agency
How it works

The 90-day certification model.

Six live group calls with Dolores, three expert sessions, and deep BookStages training — the same curriculum every certified agent completes, whether they work for themselves or for your agency.

1

Month 1 — Foundations & tools

The category, the offer, positioning, workflow, AI tools, and deep BookStages software training.

2

Month 2 — Fulfillment excellence

Find stages, evaluate opportunities, negotiate, pitch, manage the client process, and deliver the service.

3

Month 3 — Client acquisition

Website templates, sales scripts, proposals, outreach, and the conversion process to sign clients.

Economics

The math your agents can put in front of a client.

Suggested service fee: $997/month per speaker client. The BookStages software license is baked into that fee and can cost up to $197/month per speaker client. Your agency collects from its own clients — BookStages stays out of that billing relationship entirely.

Active certification requirement: agencies must average at least one paying client per certified agent.

Questions

FAQ

Who collects payment from the speaker clients?

Your agency does. BookStages stays out of the agency-client billing relationship entirely — you bill your own clients directly.

What does white-label actually mean here?

Your agency brings the offer to market fully under its own brand. The BookStages infrastructure — software, training, SOPs — runs behind the scenes.

What does co-branded mean?

You get BookStages-powered, co-branded positioning — the credibility of an established platform while you build your own book of business.

Does certification follow the agent, or stay with the agency?

It follows the person. If an already-certified agent joins your agency, you don't pay a second certification fee for them.

What happens if a certified agent leaves the agency?

Your agency keeps the clients it owns. BookStages provides contract templates and suggested language, but doesn't manage that relationship for you.

How does the affiliate program work?

Separately from the agency path — affiliates earn a 10% commission across all BookStages offers, tracked through Simplero and paid net 45. See the partner page for details.

Is done-for-you website setup available?

A branded (or white-label) website template is included. Full done-for-you customization may be offered as a paid upsell.
